At Avasant, I designed purpose-built Contract Agents for procurement workflows, including tools for contract analysis, gap analysis, and negotiation support. I also drafted an AI Addendum for Avasant Master Services Agreements to address data protection, transparency, oversight, and allocation of liability.
For Norfolk Southern Railway, I assessed the IT sourcing structure, developed a target operating model, and led negotiations for Wave 1 agreements. I also classified more than 30 IT contracts into strategic waves and supported the transition of Managed Services Governance.
At Schlumberger (SLB), I reviewed energy, supplier, and customer contracts and provided legal support across the GTC region. My work has included research on data residency and country law, tender support, and contract management. I hold an MSc. in Cybersecurity Law, Policy & Management from The University of Trinidad and Tobago and am a licensed Attorney at Law in Trinidad and Tobago and Guyana.
