At Oracle Philippines' Retail Global Business Unit, I led quality for a global retail cloud platform, governing data integrity and release readiness across distributed multi-tenant systems. I architected an end-to-end continuous validation framework spanning data integrity, API contracts, and CI/CD release gates.

I perform deep SQL auditing across Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL Server, validating schema transformations, transactional accuracy, and ETL completeness. I also validated JSON, XML, and CSV payloads and REST API contracts across more than 10 distributed microservices, achieving 100% payload accuracy on critical release milestones.

Previously at Vlocity, now part of Salesforce, I designed REST API testing strategies, integrated automated quality gates through GitLab CI and Jenkins, and investigated production incidents through logs, database traces, and system responses. I partnered with security and compliance teams to turn business rules into measurable acceptance criteria and mentored junior QA engineers in SQL and API testing.

Across 14 years in quality engineering, I’ve worked on enterprise web, backend, database, and SaaS systems, using Python and Generative AI-assisted automation to accelerate test creation, service stubbing, and data profiling. I’m available immediately for remote contract or full-time work.
