What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead enterprise quality engineering, intelligent automation, and scalable test frameworks while mentoring teams and shaping quality-first delivery practices.

I'm currently leading quality engineering for Bell Canada's Cornerstone Order Management program at Quantrics Enterprises, building frontend, backend, and API automation frameworks from scratch. I've also introduced generative AI agents to analyze user stories, map test cases, and co-author end-to-end automation scripts.

Across telecom, fintech, and technology programs, I've led QE strategy, release readiness, CI/CD automation, feature-flag testing, and quality metrics. I own GitLab-based CI/CD automation services, helping improve pipeline reliability and double release frequency.

Previously, I led QA teams at ConnectOS, Asurion, Samsung R&D Philippines, EY GDS Philippines, and CGI Philippines. I have managed teams of up to 11 engineers, created automation roadmaps reaching 80% coverage, and built Python and Robot Framework solutions achieving 90% automation coverage.

I enjoy building reusable automation foundations, mentoring engineers, and embedding quality ownership early in agile and SAFe delivery. My work spans Java, Python, C#, Selenium, Playwright, Robot Framework, API testing, cloud platforms, and event-driven systems.
