What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer service role in a fast-paced setting where I can meet quality, timing, task resolution, and customer satisfaction targets while developing professionally.

At Eirchiv Energy Consult, I received and made inbound and outbound calls to sell energy services to customers in the United States.

As a Virtual assistant freelancer, I used Calendly, email, and social media to reach out to clients and provide feedback and information about business organizations.

I'm looking for a role where I can use my customer service skills in a fast-paced setting, meet quality, timing, task resolution, and customer satisfaction targets, and continue to develop professionally.
