I'm looking to lead creative operations and campaign delivery where I can build clear workflows, improve intake and approvals, and help cross-functional teams deliver high-quality work with less friction.

At The Ritz-Carlton, I lead end-to-end delivery for 360-degree creative and marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, email, in-property, and brand touchpoints. I build production plans, approval paths, and stakeholder checkpoints that move work from brief through final delivery.

Previously at the Miami Marlins, I introduced an AI-enabled intake SOP that reduced project ambiguity by 52%, increased throughput to 2,000+ initiatives across 15+ departments, and raised on-time delivery to 92%+. I led creative delivery for City Connect with Nike and MLB, Opening Day, FanFest, and Heritage Nights.
