Anthony Jajeh
@anthonyjajeh
I build PK/PD and QSP models that guide drug development and dose selection.
What I'm looking for
At Genmab, I develop mPBPK models in MATLAB and SimBiology to evaluate bispecific T-cell engager pharmacokinetics, trimer formation, tissue-specific activity, and therapeutic response. I developed a clinical utility index to balance predicted tumor efficacy against off-target toxicity and guide dose selection.
I'm a Ph.D. candidate in Applied Mathematics at the University of Utah, where I've built mechanistic ODE models, random network models, Monte Carlo simulations, and high-performance computational workflows for biological systems. I translate pharmacological and biological questions into interpretable models using MATLAB, Python, and R.
Experience
Work history, roles, and key accomplishments
Develop and apply mPBPK models in MATLAB and SimBiology to evaluate bispecific T-cell engager pharmacokinetics, trimer formation, and tissue-specific activity. Design large-scale sensitivity analyses and develop a clinical utility index to guide dose selection.
