Wilberforce Osei
@wilberforceosei
Clinical pharmacologist and oncology pharmacist specializing in PK/PD, pharmacogenomics, and early-phase oncology drug development.
What I'm looking for
I am a clinical pharmacologist and oncology pharmacist with combined clinical and industry experience across precision medicine, PK/PD modeling, and pharmacogenomics. I hold a PhD in Clinical Pharmaceutical Sciences and a PharmD, and I have led the implementation of precision medicine approaches including pharmacogenetics and population PK modeling.
In clinical roles I provide direct patient care, medication management, guideline development, and multidisciplinary collaboration to optimize oncology therapy; in industry and regulatory roles I have supported early-phase oncology trials, safety and PK interpretation, protocol drafting, and regulatory document preparation. My research includes PBPK/PopPK modeling, development and validation of pharmacogenomics pipelines from NGS/WES data, and translational biomarker evaluation.
I combine hands-on clinical practice with quantitative modeling skills (NONMEM, Simcyp, Monolix) and bioinformatics (Python, R, IGV, Aldy) to bridge bedside care and drug development. I am motivated to apply precision-medicine and modeling expertise to improve therapeutic outcomes and inform trial and regulatory strategy.
