What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role that allows me to apply my research skills in a collaborative environment, focusing on innovative biotechnological solutions and contributing to impactful healthcare advancements.

I am a recent graduate from UCLA with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry, where I achieved a GPA of 3.97. My academic journey has been enriched by extensive research experience in various labs, including the Crompton Lab and Zhou Lab, where I investigated critical interactions in cancer immunotherapy and modeled innovative therapeutic approaches for SARS-CoV-2. My contributions to these projects have not only advanced my technical skills but also resulted in co-authorship of publications in reputable journals.

In addition to my research, I have gained valuable clinical experience as an intern at the Anxiety Disorders Clinic at the West Los Angeles VA. Here, I assisted in developing and implementing therapies for veterans, utilizing cutting-edge technology for treatment efficacy assessments. My leadership role as President of United Students For Veterans’ Health at UCLA has further honed my organizational and communication skills, allowing me to foster community and support for veterans.

Assisted resident physicians in developing, implementing, and performing cognitive-behavioral and exposure-response therapies for veterans with anxiety disorders. Determined the efficacy of initiating anxiety responses to virtual reality-based stimuli using Apple Vision Pro technology.
