I’m an Account Specialist with strong auditing and credentialing experience, coordinating workflows end-to-end—from gathering requirements with individuals and groups to completing applications and waiting for timely processing. I’ve also added people or groups to providers around the country once credentials were completed.
Previously, I worked high-volume logistics roles, including moving and verifying shipments across 200+ trucks, ensuring trucks were emptied out before new shipments, and then confirming each delivery reached its destination. In sales operations, I spoke with multiple groups about PO’s and invoices and made sure PO’s and invoices matched the correct amounts for each location.
I’ve led teams in assistant and receiving management roles, working daily with staff and overseeing 10–12 trucks, product readiness, and sales-floor setup. With an MBA and a BS from University of Phoenix, I bring organized, detail-first execution, clear communication, and consistent follow-through to every project.
