At Elements HR Services Pvt. Ltd., I closed three roles worth a combined 65+ LPA in 1.5 months, including an Apache Camel Configurator, a Business Analyst (P&C Insurance) for Xceedance, and a VP-level Jira Lead for Barclays. I managed full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT requisitions serving clients including Barclays, Xceedance, Fidelity, and KPMG.
I built and progressed candidate pipelines across concurrent roles, screening 55–65 CVs weekly through platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, Foundit, Apna, Indeed, and Workday India. I also maintained an HR evaluation MIS tracker and managed candidate follow-ups, interview scheduling, feedback collection, and profile uploads using Darwinbox and Workday.
Earlier, at Yoursthatsenior, I conducted 90+ interviews and led and mentored a team of 12–15 interns. My HR internships also included supporting payroll processes and maintaining attendance, leave, and Provident Fund records at Vertiver Pvt. Ltd.
