I’m an experienced Project Manager focused on expanding impact through team leadership, operational oversight, and mentoring. I’ve built a track record of managing end-to-end project delivery while protecting quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.

At Konovo, I oversaw the field work management phase of market research projects—from setting up internal systems and vendors through completion. I proactively identify risks and challenges, keep work on time and on budget, and implement quality control measures to ensure a high-quality experience for panelists.

In my Project Manager role, I managed the full healthcare market research lifecycle and ensured operational readiness. I set up and configured projects in Salesforce, managed workflows in Decipher (router creation, coding, sampling, testing, and workflow setup), coordinated across multiple projects using IRIS, and handled testing, troubleshooting, budgeting, cost tracking, invoicing, and billing.

Before this, I contributed through PMO responsibilities at ANTHEM BIOSCIENCES, including training newly joined PMs, sponsor communications, client meetings, project charters and Gantt charts, proposal support, management updates, and cross-functional coordination. My background also includes a hands-on internship in SAPS/4HANA and technology development for aluminium-doped zinc oxide coated cotton fabric, complemented by Agile & Scrum training with Jira.
