What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead recreation, wellness, fitness, and community engagement programs where I can build safe, inclusive experiences, manage teams, and deliver impactful events and training.

I've led recreation and resident engagement operations at Abante Integrated Management Services and Central Park Resorts in Gurgaon, overseeing gyms, pools, spas, salons, events, sports tournaments, and wellness activities for all age groups.

I've recruited and managed teams, delivered personal training and functional fitness classes, and conducted 180+ women’s safety workshops across India for organizations including ICICI, Wipro, HSBC, and government bodies. As a certified personal trainer, POSH trainer, national karate coach, and women’s self-defence expert, I focus on safe, inclusive experiences that strengthen community engagement.
