I seek a client-facing role where I can drive customer satisfaction, lead onboarding and support, and grow in a collaborative company that values learning and impact.

I am a dedicated, goal-oriented client success manager with experience building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing onboarding, and resolving concerns to enhance user experience. I combine technical knowledge from a BCA and programming experience with hands-on client-facing work to deliver measurable satisfaction and retention.
