What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead global apparel sourcing, category growth, and resilient supply-chain operations, applying vendor strategy, cost engineering, responsible sourcing, and data-driven process improvement to build profitable retail businesses.

At Quince, I launched Intimates and Swim sourcing from Sri Lanka, growing both categories into a $40M retail sales business by the end of 2025. I developed and commercialized more than 120 styles, achieving a 4.7 customer rating, 95% sell-through, and low return rates.

I've built global supplier networks, negotiated open-costing and capacity plans, and reduced supply-chain risk across Southeast Asia, the Indian subcontinent, and LATAM. My work has delivered 90% on-time delivery, 2–4-week production turnarounds, responsible sourcing through certified factories and materials, and AI-driven workflow automation.

Previously, I led $80M category business at MGF Sourcing and $105M annual Calvin Klein Underwear business at PVH, alongside merchandising roles at Marks and Spencer and Next.
