I’m a highly-motivated home health care worker with a strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. I thrive working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills to meet each client’s needs.

Since November 2018, I’ve provided reliable transportation for medical appointments or errands and accompanied clients to doctors’ offices and other trips outside the home. I maintain accurate documentation of visits, provide feedback to supervisors, and report any changes in a client’s condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare provider.

I support clients with activities of daily living—bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, and meal preparation—while also offering companionship and emotional support. I develop individualized care plans based on physical and mental needs, perform light housekeeping tasks, and adhere to HIPAA regulations when handling confidential information.
