At Sunbridge Home Health Care, I support daily living, personal hygiene, transportation to medical appointments, housekeeping, care planning, and Alzheimer’s-related care.

In a doctor’s office, I gathered medical histories, allergies, complaints, vital signs, specimens, and lab data while completing data entry, filing, phone support, and medical-records coordination.

I’ve also cared for 23 elderly patients daily at Diversicare Health Care, assisting with hygiene, mobility, mechanical lifts, and communication of resident conditions to nursing staff.
