What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote role in business operations, strategic initiatives, project delivery or business transformation. I bring 15+ years of international experience, including running my own consultancy. I enjoy turning complex business needs into practical solutions, improving processes and systems, and driving projects forward.

At Virtufully Ltd., I founded and lead a remote operations and work design consultancy supporting international clients and founder-led businesses. I translate loosely defined business needs into projects, workflows, and practical implementation plans.

I design operational systems, SOPs, delegation structures, and onboarding processes, and coordinate remote team members and specialist collaborators. I also advise founders on role clarity, capacity, accountability, and reducing unnecessary founder dependency.

Before Virtufully, I managed hotel supplier relationships across Germany at Miki Travel Ltd., negotiating rates and contract conditions. Earlier, at Itineris Ltd., I supported marketing operations and commercial growth, including work on the PinkMango tourism project.
