At SPS North America, I own workplace initiatives across commercial buildouts, from a furniture reuse and reconfiguration program spanning more than 180,000 square feet to end-to-end office signage delivery. My furniture program generated an estimated $3M in cost avoidance while supporting the broader project timeline.

I manage vendors, contractors, procurement, site inspections, drawings, change orders, purchase orders, invoices, and budget tracking across active construction, facilities, and furniture scopes. I also coordinate phased office move-ins and resolve onsite issues with minimal disruption to occupants.

Previously, I coordinated hospitality operations and five weekly catering activations, onboarding vendor partners that saved $2,000+ weekly. I used operational budget data to support a workplace service upgrade that created approximately $50,000 in annual cost avoidance, while maintaining front-of-house SOPs and stakeholder coordination.
