What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead the legal function, build scalable contracts and compliance processes, and support product and growth decisions—especially in international, data-driven businesses that value risk mitigation and strategic partnership.

I lead the legal function with a strong bias toward risk mitigation, team building, and process setup. As Head of Legal at Netology, I oversee contract management, litigation, and compliance, and I advise top management as part of strategic decision-making.

I provide comprehensive legal support for an EdTech business—handling online platform and digital products, offers and user agreements, and personal data processing policies for subscription models and new service launches. I also manage intellectual property matters, including content rights clearance, licensing, and IP protection.

Before that, I worked as Senior Legal Counsel and Legal Counsel at Netology, where I established contracts and internal policies, managed legal risks, and supported marketing and B2B sales with risk analysis and legal drafting. I improved cross-department workflows by integrating automated solutions and updating processes to strengthen legal control without slowing teams down.

Earlier, at Noerr, I handled client communication, project management, legal research, and drafted memoranda and claims while developing client legal strategy. I’m persistent, a fast learner, and equally effective working in Office or Remote environments.
