What I'm looking for

I want a role where I coordinate B2B sales and purchasing end-to-end—negotiating, planning production, and managing export logistics—within a collaborative team that values deadlines, problem-solving, and long-term customer relationships.

I bring 14+ years of experience coordinating sales and purchasing in a family-owned manufacturing company in the packaging industry. With a Master's degree in Management and Marketing, I focus on practical, end-to-end support—from customer contact to export formalities.

At PLASTAN – Atomizer Manufacturer, I manage a portfolio of 20+ regular B2B clients across Poland and the EU. I handle e-mail and phone communication, prepare offers, process orders, and recommend atomizers tailored to clients’ bottles and packaging.

I also run the operational side of the process: planning and coordinating the production schedule, monitoring on-time order fulfillment and shipments, and ensuring continuity of deliveries. I independently negotiate prices and cooperation terms with clients, and delivery/payment conditions with suppliers of raw materials.

On the logistics and compliance side, I organize domestic and export shipments, prepare shipping documents, coordinate with courier and forwarding companies, and handle customs-related formalities. I support growth through trade fairs and marketing work in Canva, and I’ve coordinated a new product launch that resulted in acquiring two new clients.
