I'm looking to lead operations teams where I can improve quality, compliance, customer experience, and team performance through coaching, process improvements, and data-driven reporting.

I've led operations teams across fintech, healthcare, customer support, trust and safety, and content moderation, handling teams of 25+ FTEs while improving quality, CSAT, and operational performance.

At Annova Solutions, I manage end-to-end medical record retrieval operations, maintain HIPAA and client compliance, and resolve customer escalations with internal teams and clients. I use Excel reporting to track performance and operational trends.

At Unifycx and TaskUs, I've led support teams handling digital payments, transaction failures, refunds, chargebacks, KYC verification, and account security concerns.
