I'm currently supporting Apple customers at Transcom, where I take queued calls, research product details, troubleshoot issues, and provide customer service.

At NATS Canada, I moved LTL and FTL freight using dry vans, reefers, and flatbeds. I dispatched city, line-haul, and heavy-haul loads; quoted freight by skid count and weight; and managed accounts and carrier/customer communication.

I've also handled dispatch, driver check-ins, tracking and tracing, sales, rating, rail billing, payroll, and customer service across Maritime Ontario Logistics, Rogue Transportation, CEVA Logistics, and Electrolux.

My background includes digital enterprise management and web design, including SEO, social media marketing, data analysis, HTML, and PHP. I also bring retail key-holder experience and fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
