I'm looking for a customer support, quality, or MIS reporting role where I can use performance data, process monitoring, and documentation to improve customer experience, service quality, and operational efficiency.

At Transcom Vertex, I support international voice and chat customers while preparing MIS reports, performance trackers, operational reports, and documentation in Advanced Microsoft Excel.

I work with Quality and Training & Development teams on audits, coaching, and process monitoring, using performance data to identify gaps and improve service quality, accuracy, productivity, and customer experience.
