I’m looking for a role where I can own endpoint lifecycle and Intune/AD compliance, resolve Level 2 incidents within SLAs, and work closely with Cloud/Security teams—building deeper ITSM and zero-trust expertise with clear growth.

I’m an IT infrastructure & endpoint management professional delivering Level 2 technical support for end-user devices, networks, and system access. At Accenture, I resolve incidents and service requests through ServiceNow while staying tightly aligned with ITIL v4 and SLA targets.

I specialize in end-to-end device lifecycle management—onboarding, configuration, compliance enforcement, and decommissioning—using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. I also strengthen hybrid identity and endpoint security with Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory (AD DS), Conditional Access, MFA, BitLocker, certificate-based authentication, and smart card/PIV support, while supporting M365 tools and remote access environments like RDP and Citrix VDI.
