What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead communications, branding, and community-driven programmes—owning campaign strategy, partnerships, and creative direction. I want to grow impactful initiatives that connect audiences through storytelling, collaboration, and measurable engagement.

I’m a communications, branding, and creative strategy professional with 20+ years of multidisciplinary experience across Bahrain and India. I build meaningful connections between organisations, brands, and communities by combining strategic communication with creative direction and collaboration.

In my current role as Creative Program Lead (Consulting / Collaboration), I develop strategic communication and outreach initiatives for educational programmes. I coordinate partnerships across educational institutions, corporate organisations, government stakeholders, and community partners—then bring the plans to life through proposals, sponsorship concepts, and campaign-ready communication materials.

Previously, I led brand and creative strategy as a Co-Founder and Brand Communications Lead, overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across hospitality, retail, education, entertainment, lifestyle, and community sectors. I’ve developed brand identities, managed experiential marketing and public engagement, and coordinated multidisciplinary creative teams, external vendors, and client stakeholders from concept development through execution.

I also founded and scaled community-led initiatives, including SWANetwork (Cochin Super Women), connecting 12,000+ international members through entrepreneurship, education, health, wellness, fashion, arts, social awareness, and professional networking. I’m equally at home producing content and media learning experiences—while maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery—and I enjoy mentoring teams through workshops, public speaking, and expert-led community conversations.
