At Billennium, I manage software requests, incidents, approvals, and licensing exceptions through established Software Asset Management processes. I review requests against licensing rules, entitlement availability, and compliance requirements.
I manage the license lifecycle across an enterprise portfolio of approximately 13,000 licenses, and use USU LiMa to reconcile entitlement, installation, and consumption data. In 2026, I identified over CHF 240,000 in cost avoidance through license clean-up, reclamation, and reallocation.
Before that, I provided SharePoint L2 support and administration at Billennium, troubleshooting workflows and managing users, site permissions, and maintenance. At Top Glove, I administered the company intranet and SharePoint sites, and supported SharePoint, Exchange, and Office 365.
At SRKK Group, I built and configured SharePoint websites and customized web parts using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. I also supported SharePoint applications and workflows, prepared UAT materials, and provided training to end users.
