What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an impact-led role where I can build wellbeing and peer support programs, coordinate partnerships, and run operations with strong ethical boundaries—working with teams that value community care, training quality, and data-informed decisions.

I’m a community builder and impact-focused operator who co-founded PeerNest, a human-guided emotional wellbeing platform that supports employees, students, founders, and leaders through structured peer support and training. I lead partnerships, community engagement, program coordination, and operational strategy, and I design and facilitate peer support trainings while overseeing host training, program quality, and ethical boundaries.

In my peer support work with Supportiv, I facilitate live peer support sessions and support individuals navigating emotional distress and burnout. I keep a strong ethical, non-clinical approach by maintaining safety protocols and clear boundaries.

My background in Industrial Mathematics gives me systems thinking, data awareness, and quantitative decision-making, which I bring into data-informed decision making, program design, and delivery. I’ve also supported employee wellbeing training initiatives in the education sector, helping onboarding and peer support facilitation for purpose-led, cross-cultural teams.
