I’m an SAP SD end-user trainee with hands-on training in SAP ECC 6.0 Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes. I focus on customer order management and business process execution—especially the flow from sales inquiry to billing and invoice generation.

Through my authorized SAP training program, I’ve created and maintained customer master records, processed sales inquiries and quotations, and executed sales order processing using standard SAP transactions. I’ve also worked through delivery processing, Post Goods Issue (PGI), availability checks, and return scenarios including credit memo and debit memo documents.

In my Software Development & UI/UX internship at L&T Technology Services (LTTS), I designed and developed a full-featured BI dashboard by ingesting web-scraped corporate data and transforming it into structured, actionable visual insights. I also built automated PowerPoint report-generation to reduce manual effort significantly, and collaborated in an Agile workflow using documentation tools like Confluence.

I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by tools like Power BI, MS Excel, and basic Python/SQL for data processing and automation. I’m energized by cross-functional integration across SAP SD, MM, and FI, and I enjoy clear communication while coordinating business processes end-to-end.
