Led and supported a team of three, compiling flash and full pack results including P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow forecast. Produced 1-3 year budget plans and presented to the board and investors, and managed working capital to achieve positive terms with suppliers.

Calculated and reconciled UK and European VAT returns, and processed accruals and prepayments for month-end. Provided the Operations Director with pivotal information regarding courier costings and weekly information regarding the optimization of the operations department.

Managed daily stock imports and general maintenance of the purchase ledger, and collated and analyzed GRNI, investigating anomalies. Created and organized weekly payment runs for suppliers, and reconciled and posted HMRC duty statements.

Served as the first point of contact for business clients, researching the market and analyzing current trends. Maintained high-level relationships and negotiated deals with clients and suppliers.
