What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to support individuals in need while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

I am currently a second-year social work student at the University of Leeds, where I am developing a strong foundation in social care and community support. My experiences range from volunteering at Kumon Y’all to working as a support worker for young people, where I helped them transition to full independence. These roles have honed my ability to communicate effectively and provide compassionate care.

Throughout my journey, I have gained valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, and organization. My time at Opticare Opticians allowed me to work directly with patients, providing them with the necessary support for their vision needs. Additionally, my role as a Teaching Assistant at Manorfield Infant and Nursery School enabled me to work closely with children facing learning difficulties, fostering my passion for helping others.

I believe in the importance of a customer-focused approach and strive to create a welcoming environment for everyone I interact with. My commitment to punctuality and reliability ensures that I am always ready to contribute positively to any team I am part of.
