What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build user-focused digital payment products where I can combine product analysis, Agile delivery, data insights, and AI-enabled workflows to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency.

At Red Compass Labs, I analyze end-to-end card and bank payment lifecycles, translating business needs into BRDs, functional specifications, user stories, and payment process flows. I work with ISO 20022 and SWIFT MT messages while supporting compliance analysis and UAT for payment-system enhancements.

Previously at JPMorgan Chase, I improved credit-card and digital-collections products through backlog prioritization, dashboards, UI enhancements, and UAT. I piloted LLM-enabled backlog and test-case workflows, reduced test design time by 70%, supported 20+ critical projects, and helped uncover an onboarding issue that enabled $7M in annual savings.
