At CGI, I support and transform the Trade360 application for banks including RBC, ANZ, BMO, CBC, SEB, and Swedbank. I facilitate requirement workshops across relationship management, credit risk, global operations, and technical teams.
I lead functional analysis for moving trade-related payment notifications from SWIFT MT to ISO 20022 MX, helping enable seamless cross-border settlement. I manage import and export letters of credit and guarantees through issuance, amendments, negotiation, discrepancy handling, accounting, and settlement triggers.
I use SQL and Snowflake to map payment flows, validate data, investigate production bottlenecks, and resolve SWIFT MT7xx message failures. I also define SIT and UAT strategies for payment clearing scenarios and exception flows.
Earlier at ACI Worldwide, I supported core banking payment modules for PKO Bank, Rabobank, and ING Bank. I handled functional changes, validated transaction integrity through SQL analysis, and worked with international stakeholders to deliver priority patches.
