What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a billing-focused role where I can update claim information, resolve issues with insurance companies or facilities, and accurately post payments while keeping outstanding balances under control—working with a supportive team that values reliability.

I bring experience across insurance, collections, HR support, and billing—built around making sure information is correct and issues get resolved. I specialized in car insurance, contacting new customers, answering product questions, and documenting customer details.

Later, I strengthened my operations and communication skills as a Debt Officer/Collector—creating customer lists, gathering additional information, contacting customers by phone, visiting when needed, and working in Excel sheets. I also coordinated the hiring process as an HR Recruiter / Support, collecting documents and keeping information up to date in the company’s system.

In my most recent role as a Billing Specialist for American clients (remote), I update claim information in company systems, contact insurance companies and/or facilities to resolve issues, and receive and post payments while working on outstanding balances.
