I’m looking for a remote/hybrid role in HR Operations or recruitment coordination where I can run end-to-end screening and onboarding support, maintain HRIS/data quality, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant, accurate processes.

I’m an HR Operations and Talent Acquisition professional with 3+ years of combined experience across recruitment coordination and back-office banking and mortgage loan operations. I support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding documentation, and HRIS/data management while keeping processes accurate and audit-ready.

At Bank of America, I handled mortgage documentation workflows (including system doc upload), processed CARES Act PPP loan applications for timely relief disbursement, coordinated COS titles end-to-end, and supported credit card application processing with high data accuracy. I bring a detail-driven mindset to documentation review, compliance, and stakeholder communication.

In my current role in HR & Operations, I source, screen, and coordinate candidates against role requirements, partner with internal stakeholders for timely reporting data, and run quality checks to improve process accuracy and compliance.
