What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer role where I can apply Boolean sourcing, candidate screening, and employer branding, while learning end-to-end recruiting and improving candidate experience in a fast-paced team.

I’m an aspiring junior Technical Recruiter/Sourcer with a strong communication and problem-solving background, and experience working in fast-paced environments in Tbilisi, Georgia. Recently trained in IT recruitment, talent sourcing, and hiring processes, including Boolean search and candidate screening.

I’m building my recruiting foundation through hands-on work and training—gaining exposure to the full recruitment cycle and key recruiter skills. I use sourcing strategies on platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub, applying Boolean and X-ray search techniques to find the right talent.

In my current role as a Candidate Screening and Customer Support specialist (FEB2025–PRESENT), I focus on interview support, candidate experience, and handling inquiries promptly while collaborating with a team to improve satisfaction. I also bring practical communication under pressure from my previous experience as an English Live game presenter.

I’m especially interested in recruiting for tech roles such as PM, DevOps, AI, and QA, and I’m motivated to contribute through strong employer branding, structured interviewing, and thoughtful evaluation. I want to keep growing my recruiting impact while staying consistent, adaptable, and results-driven.
