I’m a motivated, responsible professional with experience in sales, customer service, and 3D design. I bring strong communication, multilingual abilities, and hands-on experience with design software, with a clear focus on helping customers confidently choose what fits them.

In my 3D designer work, I created 3D models and interior visualizations using SketchUp and PRO100. I also supported the sales process through visual presentations, helping customers understand options faster and make better decisions.

More recently, I worked as an Ozon Online Sales Specialist, managing online product listings and driving sales through clear, customer-centered communication. I also organized orders, ensured accurate digital workflow, and handled real-time customer needs with strong problem-solving.

Across retail roles, including a Sales Agent position at Urartu chain-store and a Cashier role at Baby Land, I strengthened my ability to maintain store organization and deliver friendly, accurate service. I’m at my best when I combine structured execution with excellent customer experience and consistent attention to detail.
