I’m a detail-oriented Remote Operations and CRM Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting businesses with administrative operations, CRM management, data management, customer support, and workflow coordination.

I have hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho, ClickUp, Monday, Asana, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace. In my previous role with a US-based firm, I maintained client records, managed cases and interactions, audited data for accuracy, organised files, and supported day-to-day workflows.

I’m particularly strong at bringing structure to busy operations. I can manage CRM records, clean and organise data, maintain documentation, coordinate tasks, manage inboxes and tickets, conduct research, build trackers, and document processes.

I work independently, communicate clearly, learn new tools quickly, and take ownership of my responsibilities. I’m comfortable working remotely with distributed teams and managing multiple priorities without constant supervision.
