I also act as the main point of contact for state, federal, and corporate partners, using clear communication to maintain trust and keep goals aligned.

Previously, as a Grant Programs Coordinator with the West Virginia Department of Agriculture, I established robust tracking systems for program metrics and outcomes to enable data-driven decision-making and regular reporting to USDA. I managed grant application processes end-to-end, prepared proposals, reviewed sub-grantee submissions for compliance, and presented updates to community stakeholders, department executives, and state legislators. I improve operations through tools like Salesforce and Asana, and I bring a problem-solving, organized approach to SOP development, financial reconciliation, and process optimization.
