I’m a healthcare-focused data analysis specialist with training in data analytics through my MBA at Saint Leo University (expected May 2026). My background blends analytical work with practical program support, so I can turn data into clear goals, outcomes, and improvements.

As a Graduate Assistant for the MHA Program at the University of South Florida, I served as project manager and analyst for strategic planning and implementation. I updated and prepared the annual review of MHA Program goals, objectives, and performance outcomes, managed performance improvement duties, and supported experiential learning by administering MHA internships and other activities.

In my Data Analysis Specialist role at ATS Healthcare, I developed and managed healthcare payer EDI 835 and 837 transactions using HIPAA X12 standards. I also maintained healthcare provider information to support credentialing application completion and enrolled providers into electronic funds transfers (EFT) to enable electronic payments.

Earlier, as a Scheduling Coordinator at Concierge Home Care, I handled data entry for referrals, visit schedules, medical supplies, and patient and employee demographics, while helping ensure visit scheduling matched MD orders. I’m energized by work that requires accuracy, clear reporting, and continuous improvement across healthcare operations and data workflows.
