I am a results-driven Business Administration professional with a strong background in healthcare management, business consulting, data analytics, project management, and human resource coordination. I hold a Master of Science in Management from UNC Charlotte and a Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management. My expertise lies in strategic planning, process improvement, and data-driven decision-making, which I leverage to enhance operational efficiency and drive business outcomes.

Throughout my career, I have successfully managed teams and optimized workflows, implementing best practices that lead to organizational success. My experience includes overseeing data collection and analysis, ensuring data accuracy, and generating insightful reports and visualizations. I have also co-founded initiatives to promote community engagement and have a proven track record in customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
