What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to further develop my skills in patient care and administrative support within a collaborative healthcare environment.

I am a passionate Medical Assistant with a strong background in patient education and support. Currently, I work at Gateway Alliance Medical, where I provide pre- and post-procedure education, assist in minor surgical procedures, and handle specimen collection. My commitment to patient care drives me to ensure that every individual receives the best support possible during their medical journey.

Previously, I gained valuable experience in operational support at SGI Insurance, where I managed medical treatment records and liaised with clinics to ensure accurate updates. My role as a Medical Receptionist at ObGyn Ultrasound Centre allowed me to hone my administrative skills, utilizing Viewpoint EMR software to streamline operations. I also have experience as a Medical Office Assistant at Integral Medical Centre, where I processed official documents and took patients' vitals.
