I’m a Billing Specialist with experience generating and sending invoices, checking billing codes, pricing, and client details, and ensuring invoices are accurate, complete, and compliant with company policies and procedures. I handle end-to-end billing tasks including creating invoices in the system, attaching relevant documentation, processing payments, and reconciling accounts by matching payments to invoices and resolving discrepancies.

I also support Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) processing—submitting tax returns and payments, ensuring compliance with ZRA regulations and tax laws, reconciling ZRA accounts, and responding to queries and audits to keep tax records accurate. I bring a strong operations mindset from my internship and cashier/sales assistant experience, combining administrative accuracy with customer communication to research and resolve billing errors, and generate reporting insights for team and management.
