I’m currently an Office Assistant at the World Bank Group/IFC in Kigali, where I manage office supplies, support daily administrative communication, and help keep operations running smoothly through strong procedures. I record and maintain information in Microsoft Excel, handle calls and emails, and coordinate practical needs like booking accommodations, reservations, and catering services.

Before this role, I worked as a Receptionist at GardaWorld (Rwanda) Ltd, managing front-desk operations and creating a professional, welcoming environment. I supported staff with operational and administrative tasks, maintained office schedules, meetings, and files, and ensured documentation stayed organized—habits I bring into every interaction, with a consistent focus on customer service and accuracy.
