I've supported large-scale banking platforms at IBM, Banco Santander, and MiBanco across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OpenShift. I build and operate Kubernetes environments on EKS, AKS, GKE, and OpenShift.

I design CI/CD and GitOps delivery workflows with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Bitbucket Pipelines, Argo CD, Helm, and Terraform. My work includes secure infrastructure provisioning, RBAC, network policies, secrets management, observability, incident response, and controlled container deployments.

I've deployed Red Hat OpenShift AI and automated model serving with KServe, integrating Azure Blob Storage, Databricks, and Azure Data Factory for MLOps workflows. I also work with Generative AI, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, FastAPI, FAISS, and LLM observability.

Earlier in my career, I supported middleware and early AWS and Azure adoption initiatives for Movistar across Venezuela, Mexico, and the United States. I bring more than 10 years of experience building cloud platforms that balance automation, security, reliability, and scale.
