What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering or Principal Engineer role where I can combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering.

I split my time between Bulgaria, Ireland and Spain. I prefer B2B or contract work, but I'm also open to permanent roles. Occasional travel is fine.

I've been developing software since 1997, working as a developer, architect and CTO.

I've built SaaS products, marketplaces and large-scale systems, and led engineering teams across different countries. I still enjoy coding, reviewing code and getting involved in technical decisions.

I've also been using AI tools daily and working on AI-related projects.

I'm interested in remote roles where I can combine technical leadership with hands-on engineering.
