At BRIVÉ SOLUCIONES, I coordinated continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes across the value chain and managed improvements to the Information Security Management System, with a focus on ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. I also implemented KPI and OKR performance measurement and applied Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and artificial intelligence to reduce waste.
At INDUSTRIAS BLÉ, I supported food safety through HACCP, GMP, and related controls, and developed quality and waste KPIs to guide corrective actions. I also collaborated with cross-functional teams on new products and promoted manuals, work instructions, and KANBAN aligned with FSSC 22000 v6, ISO 22000, and ISO 9001:2015.
At CLM CARGO S.A.S. DE C.V., I developed and managed the Quality and Security Management System toward WORLD BASC certification. I implemented 5S in the warehouse and maneuvering yard, increasing warehouse capacity by 25%. Across my other roles, I’ve worked on process standardization, internal audits, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement; at ALLTUB DE MÉXICO S. DE R.L. DE C.V., my projects increased OEE from 58% to 63.2%.
