At Walletia SAS, I advise on the design and rollout of a fare collection and reconciliation technology product for a mass transit system in Ecuador. My work covers product scope, hardware integration, and mobile-based passenger access control for 35 stations.
At Telefónica, I led a USD 5.1M mission-critical infrastructure and connectivity program for national elections. I coordinated a team of 30+ people and kept the system at 100% uptime while managing deployments across technology platforms.
I also turned around a USD 4M regional private industrial networks rollout across 20 plants in five countries, recovering from an initial six-month delay. At Telefónica, I led other complex work including a USD 3M private LTE rollout and the migration of call centers in Panama and Colombia to Genesys Cloud.
Earlier at Telefónica, I led a USD 2.3M Smart City project for Bogotá’s public transit system, delivering an IoT-based solution for transit control data. I hold an MBA and PMP and SAFe® 6 Agilist certifications, and I’m currently building expertise in AI governance.
