At Cloudflare, I produced and maintained developer documentation for APIs, web performance, and observability products. I turned recurring customer issues into self-service guides and worked with engineers and product managers to keep documentation aligned with feature releases.
Before that, I supported speech technology research at Elsa Corp and contributed to linguistic quality and language resources at Lionbridge Technologies and Nuance. My PhD in Linguistics focused on lexicology, lexicography, and terminology, and I’ve applied NLP methods to linguistic data.
