What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a fully remote position in operations, administrative support, data, e-commerce or written customer support, with flexibility across time zones.

At Basic-Fit, I respond to member enquiries, provide clear information and resolve routine issues. I also perform access checks and follow internal procedures to support daily operations.

In my current role, I manage multiple priorities independently, keep my workspace organized and escalate issues when needed.

At Primark, I assisted customers, handled transactions and supported accurate daily retail operations. I also organized merchandise and completed operational tasks during busy periods.

I'm currently studying web development and AI online at Studi. I'm building a Python inventory and margin tracker for product variants, margins and stock, while practicing data structures, functions and validation.
