I’m a motivated and adaptable Technical Support Advisor Level 3 with over a decade of experience in technical support, customer service and complaint handling. I troubleshoot complex issues, manage escalations, monitor support requests, and guide customers through technical processes with clear communication.
I’m skilled in supporting print management and document workflow solutions including PaperCut, Equitrac and Streamline, with a strong focus on clear communication, service improvement and customer experience.
