What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own technical resolutions end-to-end, support print/document workflow platforms (PaperCut/Equitrac/Streamline), handle escalations confidently, and keep improving service with strong customer communication and modern cloud/automation skills.

I’m a motivated and adaptable Technical Support Advisor Level 3 with over a decade of experience in technical support, customer service and complaint handling. I troubleshoot complex issues, manage escalations, monitor support requests, and guide customers through technical processes with clear communication.

I’m skilled in supporting print management and document workflow solutions including PaperCut, Equitrac and Streamline, with a strong focus on clear communication, service improvement and customer experience. I’m also passionate about emerging technologies including AI, AR and VR, and I continually develop modern workplace, cloud and automation skills.

Since November 2016, I’ve been responsible for solutions support, troubleshooting and monitoring support requests, including being Papercut Certified Technical Support Administrator, Road Angel Group. Previously, I handled complaint resolution, inbound calls, logging and progress updates, provided phone observations to ensure call quality, and coached other advisors to ensure they followed changes to the data protection policy.
